'Fly Agaric' is a 2 layer, 3 colour original linocut print. The fly agaric is the classic toadstool mushroom of fairytales and legends. Coming across this colourful funghi on the forest floor always brings back feelings of childhood awe.
 
This print has been created with hand mixed oil based relief ink and has been printed onto Okiwara Select; a handmade Japanese washi paper. This paper has a beautiful fibrous texture and a deckle edge. The dimensions of the print are 19cm x 17cm. The dimensions of the paper are 30cm x 25cm.
 
Each image is hand printed and is therefore completely original. The charm of this technique is the individuality that it produces in texture and colour and will always be limited to a small print run.
